Strange motel experience.Positives: The rooms are big and cosy, with thick blinds preventing any light from entering the room at night. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.Cons: the entire establishment smells of cigarette. The staff seem not to care much about Covid. We saw none of the staff wearing masks, and the ones who did have mask just left them hanging under their chin. Guest who were walking in common areas of the motel were also not wearing masks. The doors to the rooms are not from the outside, which is a little strange for a motel. Lastly, we booked a room with one bed, and when we arrived at the motel, they gave us a room with two beds saying there were no more rooms with a single bed available, then proceeded to charge us a higher price for the room with extra bed. When we booked they assured us there was one room left with a single bed and the price we would pay. We also spoke with friends that went to the same motel a few weeks back and they apparently used the same sketchy tactic on them as well, so this seems like a common practice for them to make an extra buck on you.Long story short, I will not book a room at this motel again.

Chambre très désuète. La porte de la chambre ne ferme pas. Oreillers comme des galettes, les draps sont jaunis. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits, personne n’est venu faire la chambre entre les deux nuits. Pas de café ni de serviettes sèches.Personne pour nous répondre lorsque nous avions des questions.ORDINAIRE POUR LE PRIX.

Belle grande chambre propre et un bel accueil. Très bonne qualité prix.Bon service.

AMAZING! Diane & Denis are so hospitable and curtious :) We came in soaked from the rain from a cut-short day of snowmobiling looking for occupancy. She had a suite left and offered it to us at a great deal plus garbage bags to cover our sleds and safe storage. She even offered to drive us to the local Depanneur to pickup beverages and munchies!What more can I say!

Endroit plaisant, les gens son sympathique, les commerces sont facilement accessible plusieurs restaurent a proximité, ici ces le paradis du quatres roues:)

We had a fantastic stay at this motel. We were greeted by Julie that did everything to make us feel at home. There's even a barbecue at our disposal... and great choices of restaurants nearby. St-Come is a great place for people who like the outdoors. There are great hiking spots nearby.
