Timberland Cedar Products

OMG~ I am so frustrated with this company!!My dad has ordered some materials and only part of them were delivered. He paid it in FULL the day he ordered. It took them over a week to deliver because some were custom made. When I added one more panel later I promised to pay $100 cash to the delivery guy ($79+tax came to $100...wonder how? I asked for explanation but no answer still) When the delivery guy came he was missing few stuffs including $100 panel.When I called Kim to see why we are missing some stuff she kept saying You didn't pay 100 $

Dishonest business - bought several fence panels from them for a lot of money. They obviously didn't season the wood properly, boards were warped within 2 days. Can literally see straight through 5 out of 6 panels. Called them 7 times. Was told each time that someone would call me back to see what my issue was. They never did, they never will. Crooks.

Will not buy from or recommend to anybody ! Ask and pay for A Grade fence panels only to be loaded up and sent away with panels barely held together, saw cuts in boards that look horrible. Obviously gave me the worst they had knowing I came from out of town and won’t be making a quick trip back anytime soon. Second time this has happened to me at Timberlands cedar products, have them the benefit of the doubt the first time, thought maybe they would redeem themselves this time but absolutely not !Glad I recorded the transaction while paying, she offered me a cheaper rate if I paid cash so they wouldn’t have to pay taxes on there sales. Will be passing the video to Canada Revenue Agency. Sick and tired of being ripped off by liars like this.

Absolutely the worst cedar fence I have ever bought. In just 4 months the fence is falling apart. The tongue and groove boards are warping and twisting. AlsoThey didn't use cedar on the bottom boards.

This is my first google review, and I feel the need to because of a bad experience. Bought fence panels and they charged me more by mistakes. Asked for $30 refund and was promised they would by cheque in the mail. Took at least 5 calls and 1 year and still no cheque. Horrible. They are the kind of company that doesn't care about you after you pay. Buy elsewhere. Trust me.

Got exactly what I paid for.panels are good for grade 3 and price was little lower than others.Sunny was great to deal with

Ordered a bear/racoon proof cedar shed. Excellent workmanship on the shed and all hasps used are great quality. Communication and delivery in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. Thank you Sunny for all your help.

My husband and I bought panels from Timberland and I would not recommend this company. Panels arrived and within 2 days gaps between them appeared. We tried calling and explaining that the product is faulty but after 7 calls (no return calls at all) they are not taking the responsibility for releasing a faulty product at all. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. We will not be using them again.

Found out about Timberland when I googled fence panels. Went to the store and was helped quickly. Placed an order and paid with Visa which they processed that day. I have been waiting weeks for the delivery of my fence panels. Everytime I call to get a delivery date the female that answers the phone tells me she will call me back. Never calls. When I call back she apologizes and tells me she will check order and call back....Never does. This has gone on for days. I have contacted Visa to arrange to have purchase removed. Funny thing..They also billed instantly for the $100 delivery fee.

The owner I assume, or acted like he was (Old indian guy), came off as extremely rude. Would not let you choose panels as there appeared to be a handful of them with holes, gaps, etc and he had a fit about not being able to choose what you buy? Makes zero sense to me. As a customer, you should have the right to choose what you are buying. Worst customer experience and guy cannot be trusted as he comes off shady. Better off getting your materials at Home Depot. Stay away.
