Went in today for the first time. The clerk was friendly and knew his stuff. I really like the 24 fill station option. Signed up for the 25 fill plan. Water tastes great too.

Great place to buy water and a multitude of water treatment systems. Owner Jamie is very knowledgeable about any in home water issues. If you stop by the store to fill a water container Jamie can also pass the time with conversation about hockey and golf or most any sport. I just finished using the easy to use after hours self serve water filling service - very convenient service at Bella Water.

Had our water softener installed in our house a few years back and we needed to get it fixed recently. Jamie was a great help! He is very experienced, friendly and gave us lots of advice which was very helpful since it was our first time owning a water softener. Can't thank you enough, Jamie! Highly recommend!

Covid 19 , no problem here. Two in store at a time. Cleaning and sanitizing above par, excellent service and greetings from Jamie and staff. Products are as good or better than advertised. Happy to use their water for our guests at our B&B, The Old Rectory in Stratford. Thank you all
