Very customer oriented staff. This includes the owners. Prices are very reasonable. I was about to pick something up and told them I'm on the way. They had the part up front, labelled with my name and the price on it. Good inventory and one of the guys does minor work right on site. Great job guys!

strongly dont recommend dealing with this company ordered a light from them dec 9th being the shipping indusrty is in the toliet i figured id account for 2.5 weeks for it to show up, fast forward dec 29th i texted called for a tracking number and herd nothing but excuses about why he couldn't, fast forward january 26th at this point felt i was getting ghosted as i tried calling 5 times threwout the week so called from another phone number instant answer and some big long excuse that the shipping company sent the package back due to improper packing" fair enough said hell call back in 30 mins with tracking never happened over the last week between called and and texted probably 30 times yesterday said ill send the tracking number now never happened today he answered the phone just to hang up on me at this point i wonder if the light even existed don't recommend dealing with this company very poorly ran and terrible customer service ive been very patient and understanding but he can't take a minute to send me a picture of the tracking number that "he has on his desk" i don't feel i am being unreasonable all i wanted was a tracking number for a light he sent"

I purchased an engine on March 15th, engine was misfiring and losing coolant. it had a blown head gasket and wet spark plugs in 2 cylinders.I called Rick at aapex and he was apparently on holidays and I was suppose to be called when he got back.I called week after week trying to get a hold of him, he finally picked up, and he told me has another engine coming in and he would get that over to me, this was in May.I called him multiple times week after week and all Rick had, was excuses including that he didn't have a driver coming my way.I decided to make the trek to him to pick up the engine myself. this was on July 23rd.I brought it to the shop and found out that he Gave me the wrong engine.I called him and he said he would look into it and get back to me. after waiting for a week, he didn't reach out so I tried reaching out again multiple times on different numbers.he finally answered and told me he would drop another engine which didn't happen until August 15th.I put the engine in and it's knocking very loud.I call him and he denies any issues with the engine, and asks me to send him a video.I send him a video, and no answer again.he then denies it being his engine.this is the level of service you will recieve from Rick White!I would stay away from this crook of a person and business, he has no care for anything after he's recieved his money.

Stay far away from this place, rick is an absolute conartist, very poor customer service skills, never returns phone calls or voicemails.
