Lavigne Construction

Lavigne recently did our roof, and we were very happy with how it went. Ian was easy to work with, and we got the sense that he wanted to fix our specific problem, rather than simply replace the roof. His crew came in when he said they would, they worked hard to get the job done, and did an excellent cleanup job. Thank you, Ian.2020 update - we needed some repairs and the restoration company that the insurance company sent in turned out to be a horror story. Ian gave us a price we were good with, and came in when he said he would. One of his subcontractors (painter) did an unacceptable job. Ian said he would make it right, and that it would only be right when we said it was right. He arranged for another painter to come in and told him to do what was necessary to make us happy. He did. Of course it would have been better if the first painter had done it right, but to me the mark of a good contractor is one who comes through when something goes wrong, since my experience is that something usually goes wrong. Ian did that. If we need a contractor again, our first call will be to Ian.

Workmanship was excellent. Timely finished the job with attention to details. Prices for the job was well negotiated and very pleased with the workmanship. Thank you for a great experience.

The company is not a good company to hire. They over charged by almost 3 times what the job was worth and refused to return my deposit. Never hire these guys, you will regret it

Working from home? Not with these guys around. Zero consideration for the amount of noise they create.

They are very knowledgeable on the work needed to be done and allow to listen to your opinions. They are the only contractor that put protected plastic on my stairs and floors . The gentleman Aime was the worker and did awesome work with the drywall and installing my pocket doors. He is a perfectionist and that the main reason his work ethics seemed to go slow and me feeding him kind of slowed him down too. Always a good thing to have food and drinks available to them so it saves time from them leaving to go out to get lunch.This is not my first renovations with Lavigne Construction and it won’t be my last.

We found Lavigne Construction to be very quick to respond to our call and offered a good price for their work. The workers were very polite and went overboard with the cleanup. Excellent product and workmanship. We would recommend them highly if you need any roofing done.
