Dream Housing Student Rental
I feel so lucky to live here. The best landlord and landlady! The house they designed are very comfortable which makes you feel at home. Almost all the facilities are provided, you just live in with your personal items, super convenient. The location is also convenient. 1 to 2 minutes walking distance to bus stop, and 5 minutes walking to food basics and mall. Highly recommend to live in this dream house.

In my experience of renting homes, this is one of the most extensively furnished houses I have come across. The landlord is extremely generous, providing not only all the necessary furniture but also cooking utensils if you need, making it an ideal living space. The landlord is very accommodating and goes out of his way to make sure the residents are comfortable. Furthermore, the rental price is reasonable, making it an excellent option for students. Overall, I believe it's the ideal place to live in.

A great space for students to live that is clean, furnished, and modern. It's located in a very convenient location, through a less than one minute walk shortcut you can get to a plaza with a grocery store, pharmacy, 24/7 gym, and more. Everything you need to live comfortably is nearby and it's steps beside the bus stop to get to school or downtown. The landlord cares about his tenants and does a good job regulating the properties.

Such a nice, clean and tidy place. I lived there for one year with no issue and landlord is super nice and friendly. And all the decorations in house is amazing.

It's a great place to live! The neighborhood is peaceful and you're close to the bus stop as well as groceries. The owners are really nice and welcoming and the house is always in good shape as they often do maintenance. I lived there for 3 years and never had any issue nor complain about anything. It's was a really comfortable place to live.
