Richy showed up on time or early, let us know exactly what was needed and the cost, and when it turned out to be a less costly fix we were not charged for the part that was ordered. We will absolutely be going with Carlson from now on.

We needed our boiler replaced ASAP in the freezing cold winter. Carlson's gave us a great quote compared to other companies. It was installed & warming our house in one day. The guys are respectful of your home by making sure they keep the floors clean. After finishing the installation, they spent a long time cleaning the area around the boiler. We are very satisfied with the entire experience.

Our first experience working with Carlson Electric, was an addition to our home. We had previously used other electricians in our area but Carlson came VERY highly recommended by our Contractor. We were extremely happy with the work that was done. Since then, we have had other jobs that required electrical work and we have called Carlson. We ALWAYS received a quick phone call back and often a same day visit. Carlson certainly stands by their work and the job gets done in a timely fashion. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

We had an old electric boiler system replaced for our in floor heat to a new propane run boiler. They made the new system look like a piece of art. We now have toasty warm floors run by an extremely efficient system. Very professional! Would highly recommend their services!

I can't say enough great things about Carlson Electric. I worked with them this week when I was having problems with my Geothermal and Furnace. Mike assisted me over the phone to provide some troubleshooting steps. This did require them to come check out my equipment. Just an example of value added service, they had to restart my fireplace.... they even cleaned the glass insert while they were working on it!!!!

Carlson Electric, Heating and Cooling company recently replaced our Air Source Heat Pump and Furnace. Mike met with us to explain the problems of the old equipment, the benefits of new and a plan of action to meet our needs. His salesmanship style was low key and we felt he genuinely wanted to make things work for us. His workers were on time, respectful and completed the work in a timely manner. We highly recommend Carlson Company for any heating and cooling issues and would call him first for any electric work we might need.

Everything went better than expected on installation of furnace/airconditioning and the removal and disposal of the old unit. We also had some electrical wiring that was questionable and they even cleaned that up. The crew was polite and went out of their way to accomodate us.
