Stitched up a broken pair of my sandals for a very reasonable price. They look good as new. Note that you may want to bring cash when you drop off your shoes for fixing.

He basically restored" my Double H harness boots. They were in bad need of new souls and heels. The heels were actually worn to the point that the hard part was on an angle in the rear. With a "wedge" piece to fill in the missing material of the original heel

He saved me from justifying a new purse purchase! My handle detached from a Coach bag, Paul took a look at it, explained the stitching might not match perfectly, and had my bag done in a week at an extremely afforadble rate. I will be going back and will be recommending him to anyone who needs shoe/leather repair!!

Paul's Shoe Repair is one of the best kept secrets in the Pioneer Valley. Located downstairs from Panda East, Kevin, the owner of Paul's Shoe Repair, did a fantastic job replacing the heels on my favorite boots. They looked brand new and were beautifully polished when I picked them up; I felt like I was like welcoming back some old friends! Excellent craftsmanship and well worth the $30 repair. I called a lot of Barbershop's to see if they do shoe shineing and not one place I called did them, but someone at Matt's said that Paul's did. What a Great find ! My Justin Ropers are very Happy!

Came by with two pairs of sandals and needed them repaired before a trip the next day. Paul did an awesome job and got them done for us same day. Will definitely be back again!

Back again, because I thought everyone should know, brought in my winter boots, they lost some stitching, and I was worried, they may not be repairable, no problem he said, and a week later they were as good as new! EXCELLENT service, quality workmanship, what more can you ask for, oh, yes, VERY reasonable pricing. They were in desperate need of some repair! Ive taken, I believe, great care of them in the past 20+ years, but wear and tear? Picked them up today, not only were they repaired, properly, I will add, they were polished and shined to perfection!! Looked as good, if not better than new! I cannot recommend this place enough. The service was excellent and I was very pleased with the prices. I brought in a pair of boots that I bought in Italy that I absolutely cherish, but they were a little too well-loved and the heel was completely worn down. When I picked them up, the heel looked even better than when I bought them and the black leather was so shiny! I also brought in another boot with a broken eyelet and it was replaced. This place is even affordable for a broke college kid and I recommend to everyone to try to have the shoes you already love fixed instead of buying new ones. Definitely will visit in the future!

I got a hole in the calf of my riding boots and they did a great job patching it up!
