Tom is a TRUE professional when it comes to answering questions and providing guidance on fixing your laptop. He offers great deals and is genuinely willing to help you. I brought my Toshiba satellite laptop to him this week and his cost to fix it was about half the price I was quoted at numerous other pc shops. He wants you to get the best bang for your buck.I would highly recommend him for any issues you have with your laptop or other electronics. You will save lots of time and money by coming to him.

I've had a couple friends tell me of great experiences with Tom at PCSHOP so I had him replace an iPhone battery for me. It's working great and my phone is like a new and seems responds a lot quicker than it has lately now that it is getting full battery potential. He also put a new tempered glass screen protector on. In and out in 15 minutes. Fantastic!!

Tom has been very helpful, right from start to finish. Very professional, kind and answered all my questions. My PC needed a new hard drive, my old one was totally dead. He e mailed me with the different hard drives available, the cost and what needed to be done to my computer. He installed Windows 10 for me. I previously had Windows 7. Told me it would be ready for pick up the next day and it was. Overall, great customer service. Can't say anything bad.

Had a great experience. Computer wasn't turning on, so I dropped it off late on Friday and he had it working perfectly by noon on Monday. My computer works better than the day I bought it! The price was very reasonable as well. I will be coming back if I ever have issues again, would definitely recommend.

Tom was excellent. Quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem (a defective video card) and proposed multiple solutions for my decision. Even rushed the repair job (it was a Friday) so I would have my machine for the weekend. Highly recommended.

Free Fast Diagnosis on my PC! Tom determined that my Power supply was giving issues. He offers the best intentions for his customers. He even made sure I got products at the correct price so I wouldn't overpay! Will definitely use this place again for any of my PC needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Laptop would not turn on one day and so after a quick Google Map search, went to this place to get it fixed. Tom was super friendly and efficient. He contacted me an hour after dropping off my laptop of what the issue was (DC adapter on motherboard was broken), how long it would take (1-3 business days), and the cost for fixing it.Price was very reasonable and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. Bonus is my laptop was fixed in less than 24 hours! I’m not one for writing reviews but I had such a great experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

There was some water in my MacBook Pro, I did a free consultation over phone. He gave all the options and what to replace. He did suggest buying a new one instead of replacing the most expensive screen plus other items.Would definitely go there in the future if I have laptop issues. He focused on solving the issue for random guy from the phone instead of generating profit. He got so many high ratings for a reason
