We have three cell phones through Eastlink, the 3 phones work great. Very easy to deal with, awesome customer service experience. Our Bill's are always on point.

It looks nice, but that's it.Eastlink will say they have the newest phones, they will buy out your contract, they will only charge you what you need. However, you will deal with customer service the very first bill, because the sales reps here will promise you anything to try and get you to sign up so they can get their commission.Their service is sketchy, normally I would never really complain, but their service is spotty at best, if I'm standing in my house I cannot get a signal, I get that they can't guarantee service inside of a residence. However, I stood out in my yard and without service to bell's wifi I wouldn't get any signal.The service is extremely disappointing. They offer you more gigs because of the fact their CS is terrible, you will have a hard time with them. I ported my number out to koodo about two months ago, got a brand new phone, more data, more minutes and internal thrown in free of charge.I cannot stress this enough, do not fall for it like I did with their ten dollars off a year promotion. They will see if you notice on your bill and if you don't I.E. a very busy person they will continue to charge you the same thing. Eastlink cable is known for this and eastlink wireless is known for it as well.Regards,Shaun MacKinnon

Why does Eastlink mayflower mall have a phone number ? I have tried several times , different days you never answer your phone . Terrible service

Upload speed dropped to under 10 MBPS and made it impossible for me to work from home. Waited a week for a tech to repair only to be called morning of to move it back another week. The rep that called me was very rude, continually talked over me and told me she was just giving me back what I was giving her because I used used stern tone. Reported this to their management team and they would not do anything about it. Terrible customer service, I'll tell people to go with Bell from now on.

Eastlink sent door-to-door salespeople around my neighborhood long after dark, pounding on doors in an attempt to get people to subscribe to Eastlink internet services. Loud knocking after dark alarmed my family and made them very nervous. It is unacceptable and extremely rude to do this, if I needed a reason to not subscribe to Eastlink services this would fit the bill. They should never do this.
