Paul goes the extra mile. I recently had a Colnalgo bike damaged during shipment by FedEx. I went to three other bike shops and all said they couldn't help find the part needed. So I was stuck with a high end bike I couldn't ride. A friend suggested Ciclo werks and in a week (I had been trying for several months) the part was found and the bike repaired. The bike is awesome to ride all thanks to the perseverance and help I received at Ciclo Werks. He has my business for sure. I highly recommend this store.

Opening hours on Google don't reflect Actual opening hours. I've run a Google page for a business and it's such an easy thing to do, incredibly simple. Wasted my time coming at 11 which Google says is your opening hours. Will never be back.Edit to reply to owner: Oddly enough I was there at 1105, door was locked and I even knocked to no response. My review has literally everything to do with your services. I planned my trip to your store around my only day off to spend with my family. I was coming to try and support a local business and buy a new bike to commute to work with.Your sign on the door says the opening hours are 12-5 and Google says 11-4. Your arrogant reply says it all. Too incompetent to update your Google opening time and too egotistical to admit you are wrong and apologize. And admiting you pay to have bad reviews removed? That's just as pathetic as it is unethical in my opinion. If you have it removed I'll repost it again and again. I will also happily drive to Kitchener to go to a professional who knows how to use the Google business app. I'll also make sure to spread the word.

Paul was so helpful and kind when my daughter’s gears failed on a family bike trip. He didn’t overcharge us and prioritised it so we could enjoy the rest of our trip.

I am new to road cycling this year and I must say Ciclowerks has been invaluable. Not knowing what I was doing, I bought a lemon of a bike on Kijiji. After multiple problems I took it into Paul for some help. I should’ve just come to him initially! He helped me work through all the issues with the bike, replacing what needed to be replaced. He addressed my concerns about safety, gave honest advice and provided quality fair priced replacements (frame, tires, wheel set). He is the epitome of what a boutique-style, service led shop should be. Thanks for all your help this year! If you are a beginner or a veteran you need to visit Ciclowerks.

Brought my bike in I bought on Kijiji last summer for a tune up and a few new parts . Repairs were going to be 60% the cost of a new bike . Paul helped me decide on repairing or getting a new bike , no pressure sales , real nice dude. Got a great deal on my new bike and was able to work a deal for trading my old bike that needed many repairs to Paul . Highly recommend this place can’t wait for my first time up.

I would give 6 stars if I could! I recently had the premium overhaul service performed at Ciclowerks. I have had my Cervelo S1 for 15 years and it was long overdue for a service. Since getting my bike back, I am kicking myself for not getting this service done more often. My bike runs like a dream and I can't say enough how happy I am with Paul and the staff at Ciclowerks. If you aren't taking your bike here for service/repair your missing the boat! Thanks Paul, I'll definitely be back!!!

What an amazing service. Did a brake service in 5 mins for my e-bike for a very reasonable price. Truly amazing. Strongly recommend.

Will be my bike shop of choice from now on. Amazing service and work. They helped me find replacement parts for my bike that are great quality and didn't cost a fortune.

Not sure if the owner is a big stoner who forgot to ship or just straight up trying to scam me but I had ordered a pair of canti brakes on June 15th. I was sent a confirmation email for the order but no follow up email to confirm shipping. They still hadn’t arrived in early July and after repeated calls the last I had heard he had the package in front of him and was going to email me the tracking number at 6 or 7pm that night. The email never came and he started avoiding my calls after that. I would suggest no one deal with this loser! I have had to initiate a refund with my bank to even get my money back.

Had such a great experience at Ciclo Werks. I went in looking for some SPD cleats, and left with a beautiful set of Dura-Ace wheels. If it wasn't for the great service and conversation, I never would have made it to new wheels. Awesome shop, can't wait to upgrade more in the future. Thanks, see you soon!
