FedEx Authorized ShipCentre

Just before 2pm today, a FedEx delivery person entered the apartment building at which I reside. He was not wearing a mask, despite signage at every entrance and everywhere in the building. I reminded him he needed to wear a mask and he dismissively and sarcastically said he was sorry. He continued into the building to deliver the package in his hands. I called FedEx to complain, but feel it was a waste of time.

Tried to deliver our shipment where I work on a Sunday AM - to a business?? I mean they need to shake their heads.Then after calling Fedex to tell them the delivery driver would have to blow his horn for us to see him, and open the gates, he arrives and just dumps our shipment on the ground and drives away?? One of three boxes were destroyed and had been taped back together.Good thing it was something he could lift to just dump it on the ground!!Fedex has disgusting communication with their drivers apparently - very unprofessional.

I am honestly DISGUSTED with this company a delivery guy named Jaswinder has been faking delivery attempts of big heavy packages to my disabled mother who is unable to pick up packages he has “attempted” delivery many times but yet our condo buzzer has NOT been rang and we have sat at home 10 days straight As fed ex was supposed to deliver our packages yet delivery notices get left outside our building with no ring to our unit to attempt deliverY this company is disgusting and is refusing to deliver these packages wayfair should not be using this company for delivery this has been going on since MID APRIL false promises of delivery from Fed absolutely DISGUSTED!

Great service in store... drivers not so good left my 2800.00 rims sitting in my driveway all they had to do was press button I could have open gate from anywhere

These guys were great! There was an issue with finding my package BUT they worked it all out and in the end, I was taken care of promptly!Plus, loved these guys enthusiasm and customer services!

I Cannot believe Fedex any more. This time they would deliver 3 days later than the time they said, with 25% raised fee compared to spring of this year. I could accept raised delivery fee, not 3 days slower delivery. If there could be possible delay, Fedex should have given the notice or allowance not to choose 2-day delivery option. It is totally the fault of Fedex because it hold my documents for 25 hours without any reason. DHL is much better and reliable . DHL gives estimated delivery date with possible delay from the first and never late. 2-day option if Fedex means it takes over 5 days so every customer should know it .Also Fedex blocked customer claim due to maintenance -it is ridiculous as well. Everything else service is working well except claim service, on Fedex webpage. Is it intentional block against the claims?

Staff was very polite and helpful. Will use this Staples in the future for all my mailings.
