Ended up getting duplicate costume in error. Was easy to deal with to exchange as too late for refund. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Highly recommend

Overall a good experience. Super busy place. It was crowded which wasn’t my favourite, but this is the day before Halloween and not business’ fault (so no stars lost). There were a few staff members out on the floor, they were helpful and I found what I was looking for. Best selection of Halloween items that I could find out of the few stores I visited.
