Amazing customer service and great staff. They have the most versatile dresses on St-Hubert. The owner is also very reasonable. I was served by Vicki ( she is awesome):)

WOW WOW WOW! SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!The advisor that we had was really nice, kind and patience!The store has plenty of variety of dresses for bridesmaids! Different styles and size wow!We started to look at a catalog and every times we like a dress the advisor and the owner went to go get the dress. When we were done with the catalog, the advisor bought us the dress downstairs to go try the 15 dresses and more hahaha!We were able to be at ease and try all the dresses for more than an hour (no one was there, covid situation). She sometimes looks at our preferences and went to go get more interesting dresses. For 5 bridesmaids, we got 3 differents styles in the same color baby blue". The experience was amazing

We made an appointment in advance, but had to reschedule because more wanted to come. It was no problem to change the date and use the bigger space upstairs. They had a big selection of dresses, and we came prepared with a dress idea from their catalog. The bride tried on about 5 dresses and found the one in under 2 hours. They gave us a number to contact for alterations. Good prices. Maybe the only downside is on the prom dress side where they were a bit rude. We will highly consider this place for bridesmaids.

Older lady consultant is a racist! I think she may actually own the store, but unsure. While we were shopping with my MIL for her wedding dress, another girl, not sure of her ethnicity, but wasn't white, was inquiring about alterations and the consultant helping us said she would have to take the dress elsewhere. So once my MIL had picked a dress she said so I overheard you don't have a person for alterations?" To which the consultant said "of course we do" MIL: "oh I thought you said to that other girl that you didn't" and the consultant replied with "yeah but that group was just a bunch of Arabs" and rolled her eyes.The service we received was also terrible. The consultant was rude and dismissive to our whole party.Disgusting."

Mary and woman working at the cash (never got her name sorry!) were amazing and treated my sister better than any other store we had visited! So nice, helpful, supportive and didn’t push or make her feel bad about budget or buying! We ended up back there to pick up the dress she had fallen in love with!

Thank you George (i hope i remembered the right name) and your fabulous sales associate, i found the perfect dress for my gala night! They have it all! And the wedding dress selection is out of this world! I will be back and send everybody i know to stop by your place :-)

Incredible service, no pressure and sooooo much more friendly and professional. We wanted to take Mary home with us. She listened to what my daughter was looking for and found the perfect dress!!!I highly recommend this store and their team is great !

I have never in my life received such horrible service from any retailer, as I received from this store!, they tried to sell me a prom dress instead of a mother of the bride dress. When it was discovered the dress I purchased was a prom dress, it was hell trying to get a refund. These people are rude and dishonest. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!, The owner George is disgusting and should be ashamed of himself for the way he spoke to me and my partner when they were clearly wrong for selling me that over priced dress!

If i could give a zero I would. Rude staff, tjey don't listen to what styles you have in mind. But show you only what they think you should wear, with an 1800$ price tag BTW. Aweful service,guess that's what happens when you have been there for so long .
