After reading reviews from all the dry cleaners in Edmonton, I chose Riverbend Cleaners to bring my wedding dress to be cleaned. Pearl was extremely helpful and I was more than impressed with the customer service I received as well as the results of the dry cleaning. My dress had numerous stains/marks and they managed to get everything out apart from one mark in the back. Pearl even gave my a discount and I was only charged approximately $200 (I was quoted $400 by two other dry cleaners in Vancouver). The service was also very timely; I dropped the dress off on a Sunday afternoon and Pearl called me on the following Tuesday to pick it up! I highly recommend this dry cleaners for anyone with a wedding gown or special garment.

I took my winter coat there for a hot chocolate stain removal. They charged me $40, however, after 2 attempts they couldn’t remove it. When I asked for a discount as they didn’t do their job, unexpectedly they refused! They said “we did our job, it is not our problem”!! Very unprofessional. I guess me and my friends and family will never use them again. I took it somewhere else and they removed it!!!

They are amazing! I did a number on my wedding dress, it was covered in curry stains and grass stains and so I wasn't expecting miracles. However, they cleaned it completely and it is bright white again like the day I bought it. I highly recommend!

Riverbend Cleaners completely ruined the backing on my drapes. They took no responsibility for the damage and they did not even offer my a refund on my cleaning! I have since learned that most other cleaners will test a small portion of the fabric to ensure it is not damaged in the cleaning process. Riverbend Cleaners did not take this precaution. My drapes are completely damaged and will need to be replaced at an approximate cost of $1,200. Very poor service indeed!

I have trusted Riverbend Cleaners with my wedding dress, comforter and custom drapes. They do an amazing job. They have always been very pleasant and helpful. All the ladies there are so nice and friendly! The turn around time is always quicker then they say. I would recommend them to anyone!

Been dry cleaning my suit a few times and they are quick and professional. One occasion I had cranberry juice stain on a white dress shirt and was cleaned perfectly!

Did a professional job cleaning, and replaced a broken button on my suit jacket at no charge. Great service!

I googled a place to clean my wedding dress and Riverbend Cleaners came up. I called them and they provided me a quote that was less than I was expecting, they even offered to pick it up from my house. The very next day a pleasant gentleman came to my door and picked up my dress. After he left I began to think this was too good to be true and I became convinced that I would likely never see my dress again... however, lo and behold, two weeks later I give them a call and they let me know it is all ready! They even offered to drop it off to me! My final charge ended up being less than the quoted price and my dress was squeaky clean. The bottom of my dress after my wedding was almost black with dirt and I was shocked at how good it looked after they cleaned it. I definitely would recommend this company.

I had to rush my suit getting cleaned and they took me last minute. They had amazing customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have amazing prices. Thank you so much Riverbend Cleaners!! I wouldn’t know what I would do without you!
