Just finished with someone at my house, wish I had his name to let everyone know how great of a job he did. Professional, dumbed it down for me, went above and beyond. They are now my go to plumbing service

Call and get voice mail that is full, when you do speak with them, I'm told 4 days we can come out to look at your issue.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the first phone call to the repair, they were kind, professional and courteous. I was afraid to see my bill after the last plumber we hired but was very happy with the fair price they charged. Called them about sewer drain backup and they showed up 10 minutes later. The drain was cleared in less than 15 minutes. Excellent job! I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing and drainage issues. A1 service.

Work was scheduled and completed very quickly and professionally but was surprised when the bill came and they charged 2 hours for being there a little more than an hour. I called them several times of the course of 2 weeks with no response.After 2 weeks I decided to just pay the bill, the first time it said error so I did it again and ended up being charged twice. I had to call and email several times with very rare responses. Someone eventually picked up the phone and said they talked about it and will reduce bill by half an hour. I said great but I called because I got charged twice. I was told they can't refund by credit card but could mail a cheque. No cheque for a couple weeks so I called back 3 times with no response. 4th time someone did pick up and said its been sent and it did arrive 3 days later.The cheque amount was only for the double payment so still ended up paying 2 hours for an hour and 15 minutes worth of work.

RB plumbing did all of the plumbing work associated with our ensuite bathroom renovation, from rough in to final connections. They worked with us to ensure everything was installed as we wanted it and offered suggestions from their experience when we weren’t sure.We also had them in on an emergency basis when our kitchen drain plugged off. They had it cleared and back up and running in no time.I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.

I had RB Plumbing replace my outdoor hose bibs that had been causing me trouble for 5+ years. I should have had them in sooner! Their pricing is very reasonable and they take the time to explain why they are doing what they are doing. They are professional and provide very prompt service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

The two men that came today were very kind, courteous and professional. They were very thorough and the repairs needed were done of the utmost quality as well as in a very timely manner. Highly recommended

Today Rodger came to fix the kitchen faucet. He fixed it. Excellent work done by Rodger which two previous plumbers couldn’t do. Very efficient, friendly and courteous. Definitely a five star service. 100% Professional. Reasonable rates. Highly recommended.
