Spoke with Alessandro about requirements for our home. Really pleased he took his time to explain benefits of reverse osmosis system that fits our requirements. Booked time for installation within 2 days, showed up on time installed system in about an hour and followed to ensure everything was working well to my satisfaction. Well Done Alessandro. Alessandro was easy to talk to and answered all questions I had about the softener. Paul was the tech that installed it and he was a nice guy but very focused on work so not a talker. He did a great job installing the new water lines that intercept the current ones, no leaking at all. Paul instructed me how it works, it's general water consumption during regeneration and what to expect the first day. The water softener is very tall and well worth the price so far. Today is day one and everything is operating smoothly, I will update after a week or so. But so far so good! The reason I chose Purcan was a couple, Alessandro wasn't a pushy salesman, and they have reasonable prices, I definitely recommend!

My basement is build with drywall ceiling and the main water line is far away from the furnace and drainage room, which is where we wanted to install the water softener. Due to this setup, some of the other companies that I had reached out to were not comfortable in doing the installation as they were not sure how to pull in the water line. Paul did the assessment of my basement. He tool some time to investigate but was able to confirm that he can do the installation and place the water softener where we wanted it. Paul did a great job installing the water softener and it is running smoothly without any issues. Alessandro was also amazing at arranging everything and answered all our questions and concerns. He also checked the water quality after the install and showed us the results. Great service and professional quality service, would definitely recommend to others.

I had been researching water purification systems for a while. I liked aspects of RO water systems, alkalinizing systems and structured water systems but none of those seemed complete. I was thrilled to find Purcan included all 3 in 1. The system looks great and fits under the sink, the price is very reasonable and the water tastes fantastic. Alessandro was also very knowledgeable and professional with both the consult and the install. We are very happy with our new water filtration system and would recommend Alessandro and Purcan to anyone.

His customer service is fabulous. And we are so happy with the quality of the water we drink and the home filtration system for the home which is so great for my daughter who has eczema. Excellent service but I can say exceptional; from answering my call on Sunday around 10 pm( intended to leave a message ,so I can be contacted next day), Alessandro is the man; took time to talk to me and explained to me how it works and the available options based on my neighbourhood water quality. Installation few days later at my convenience and went extra mile to connect my fridge water to the filter system.Amazing, Thank you Alessandro.
