Amazing! I have been looking for these sneakers everywhere. I couldn't find them in store (or any other store in the mall) but the very nice lady working said I could order them online and pick them up in store and try them on. Long story short she was right and I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much!

I recently did my first curb side pick up as I feel I have to try on footwear, but because of the lockdown I gave it a whirl! I called in my order Staff were friendly and helpful, when I arrived for pick up they delivered to my vehicle and I paid with their hand held debit unit. Awesome Service, thank you for making my purchase seamless! And... I LOVE my new rainboots!

My mother and I went into this store on September 30, 2022 at about 3:00 p.m. We found the boots that she was seeking. However, none of the three salespeople on the floor gave us the slightest bit of attention. When we went to pay, the cashier was quite friendly. However the other two ladies kept standing near the cash register chatting away on personal business. I asked the cashier if this was a self service store and she said that it wasn't. Might as well have been as we received no assistance whatsoever and neither did the other customers in the store at that time. There is nothing wrong with staff chatting as long as they are doing their jobs. However the three ladies were just chatting away (the other did come to the cash when we arrived). I may be old fashioned but I think that there also should be some dress code. Jeans with very large holes in the knees is not professional. I wouldn't return, even though my mother found what she was seeking. There are other stores with similar product that offer much better customer service. IN fact, we had just purchased shoes at one.

Hanna at this location is fabulous she treated me with dignity and respect. long story short my son light up sneakers wasn't working after 1 wear. She told me to go in and she will try her best which she did. Her Manager howver (katrina) was having a bad day...or that was just her personality (rude) as soon as I discussed what had happened she dismissed me and tried to walk off.She was asking Hanna about a book that was in a drawer with so much attitude while helping another customer at the Sametime. Keep your horrible attitude at home.Mind you I had my 10 months old that I travelled to the store with and she was reluctant to help. Hanna however told me she's going to try to help . Katrina I hope your attitude change (you're in Retail) you don't have too verbally say you hate your job your face and behavior shows it. Thanks Hanna for making my experience worth spending more after a short interaction with your manager.

Great place to buy shoes. I normally go to sport chek, but they have a better selection here.

Its very rare I don't find something in the clearance section that is good value, and rhe staff are very helpful, but not too overbearing

I purchased some shoes online and came here to exchange for a different size.She wanted me to pay the difference between the online price and in-store price. I didn't understand why since it's the same product and with shoes, every brand makes them different so they should be flexible. She finally allowed it saying it's a one time favor, however it's now final sale. ...Policy makes no sense??Went to ajax to do the same thing since Oshawa was out of stock on the second pair of shoes. Ajax processed the transaction without question or issues. It also was not final sale. A+ to Ajax Oshawa...F for them
