Great place for budget tools. Not top tier but reasonable prices for cheaper/no name brands. If you know what you're looking for and understand the limitations then it's a good option. For example I had a medium sized spot to repair a pop corn ceiling. Their no name hopper sprayer was 40% less and quality was better than expected.

Interesting place, they don't have everything but if you need tools and they have what you need the prices are great. It's like our own little Canadian Harbour Freight. Got their ads power hammer. It's a Beast, for less that the plastic toy versions being sold at the big box stores. Sure you need to search around a little but the staff were good at knowing if they had something and where it is. I will be back.

I bought cable cutter and it doesn’t cut the cable. When I try to return it they said you used it sorry. How can one test without using it. They are selling the tool which is not sharpe. Completely dissatisfied with the services and product.

Great no-name brand tools, same stuff you buy at Home Depot just without the brand and 70% cheaper. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I don't normally write a review , but I will about this place. I called to make sure they had in Stock an item I would be traveling to their store for. I got there and they did not have in Stock what I called about. You know it's OK to not have the item. Just say so. I drove from kitchener to Brampton only to find out they didn't have what I was looking for. I was told I didn't call that location. Lol buddy I called your location cause we specifically talk about the Brampton store. Never the less I went to CRS Building supplies 17 min further from home,i got what I wanted ++++ and spent $2000 there for great quality tools.I only say this because ch tools advertises a brand name tool and when you get there the tools are cheap tools with CH tools as the brand name. Lol. Advertise what you sell and clean up your store it's a mess.

Just went to ch tools to purchase an advertised sds drill bit, deciding either to go for a core bit or a regular one, spent maybe 2 mins looking at each product, THEN TOLD TO LEAVE. Maybe they thought I was not going to buy, little do they know that I being in the property business , I would be high volume purchaser.Lots of items do not have prices, I knew the price of the drill bit, when asked how much the lady quoted 2.5X the advertised price.When asked where is the advertised item, it's out of stock, but clearly the item in my hand is the one advertised.Customer service is nonexistent, workers are rude, who kicks out a customer with cash in hand?Went to DIY tools on Keele and Steele's, and bought my bit.Do yourself a favor avoid this store, no matter the price on the ad or website is good.

Interesting store. They have most items in stock that they have on the website. The cashier was helpful and really cared about what I was looking for. The tools seem similar to other discount brands but a bit better. Surplus quality but also some name brand stuff.Masonry tools and abrasives are cheap here.

Great place for Sharkbite plumbing fixtures. Good selection and low prices. They also have a large selection of drywall tools.

You can find tools for cheap price but the quality is not great. Similar to dollar store quality with higher prices. You get what you pay for. Would not recommend for tools that you expect much from. Has several tools for yard work and landscaping which I have not tried. Might try again for tools that I don't expect much from. Everything I have bought has gone in the garbage bin. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere where you can find better tools for your money.
