Just bought a Jeep from Steve at CarSmart.He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He was very kind and made sure he answered any questions I had. He wasn’t pushy and gave me the time I needed to make my decisions. I traded my car in and Steve was sure to explain and show comparable prices to ensure I was comfortable with the trade in value. Overall a great experience and would recommend CarSmart to anyone looking for an easy process to buy a used car. The Jeep was very clean and well detailed when I got it. Looked brand new inside! I recently picked up a Mini Cooper S from Steve at Carsmart. I was really impressed with the overall experience, Steve was great about giving me all the information I needed about the car which gave me the confidence I needed to buy. The videos Steve does were are helpful in giving information about the car - seeing the car that way before making the trip to his dealership. Thank you Steve - the mini is a joy to drive!

I recently purchased a car at CarSmart in Niagara Falls, and like all of the other vehicles on this car lot, it was in top notch condition, which shows the care that the owner takes in selecting his vehicles. It is easy for dealerships to find used cars, but to find and acquire the best of those is hard to do. I also found that the owner/dealer, Steve was extremely knowledgeable about every car on his lot, something that I have not experienced at any other car lot. No pressure, a great vehicle, and a good feeling is what you get from dealing with CarSmart. I recommend it to anyone looking for a used car.

In May we bought a 2013 Ford F-150. The truck was immaculate, rust proofed and under 100,000 KM, very well taken care of. Price was fair and interaction was smooth. Three days after purchase the check engine light came on. They stuck with us and made sure the issue was resolved, as it took some trial and error to figure out exactly what was wrong, and continued with us even when it was outside the 30 day warranty. Overall good experience, very honest and stand up company. Would definitely lookThere for our next vehicle.

About two months ago I purchased a 2013 Honda Fit Sport from CarSmart. I had been looking for awhile & found this to be the best price with the features. I was worth the extra drive, Steve was excellent to deal with through the whole process. He was fair, took his time when needed & when getting it finalized did so promptly before business restrictions were put in place due to Covid-19. Highly recommended!
