I was quoted a price on the phone for a new strut that was $40 less than what it really turned out to be. I was disappointed no adjustment or accommodations were made as I drove all the way from Perth simply because of the price they quoted. Another staff member even testified to witnessing the misquoted price.The staff were otherwise polite and available.

Great costume serves I will be getting all my parts there now lately most part stores I hate the service but this time I tried here and it's the best service I have had lately and I have been to 7 different parts stores so it shows the workers here are good at there jobs thenks for the pristine care of clients I greatly appreciate it thenk you and I got the rite stuff to do the work

The counter staff was more than happy to help match a bunch of random o-rings for a condenser I couldn’t find anywhere else. Excellent service on a sale they may have only made a buck on.

Great parts store. Guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. Always eager to help and make sure you get what you need to complete your project.

I would give zero stars if I could. I just tried calling to make sure they had the part I need before wasting my time driving there. The guy who answered the phone, Steve" I believe has no concept of customer service. It's pretty funny actually. Don't waste your time with these clowns

Very disappointed in service, and feel second rate as a Canadian for both service and website navigation compared to American counterpart..Ordered a part from East location, and was told can pick up any time between 3:30 and 5:30. Upon arrival at 5:05 store closed. Called east end site and was advised that all stores close at 5:30 as I sat in parking lot of closed store. They could not take my order, or crdit card over phone to make process easier, and seemed 10 years behind the time to go in phyically and have to wait over 2 hours to get part delivered. Gave a 1 star for having part somewhere in Ottawa, and comparable prices. Would not recommend due to misimformation, their expectations that picking up an auto part should take half your day. Would remmend anywhere else, even crappy tire, unless they don't have your part. Good luck and stay away.

Terrible return experience. For the young lady in the back, it seemed I was bothering her, even though they sold me the wrong parts. Ended up going elsewhere because they were closed...Paid cheaper price elsewhere without the attitude.

Ordered in what I needed. Didn't fit, brought back and return was no hassle.

The staff is friendly, the prices are pretty good and the parts variety is amazing. Their website is very user friendly as well, and you can choose what you need by entering your specific model. Definitely my favourite auto parts store.I just wish they had another branch on the west end.
