If you are looking for a reliable and honest HVAC company, Sarman Air is it. I’ve had John to my home 3 times for various services over the past 3 years and he is always prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely patient (I ask a LOT of questions). During the most recent visit, John and his team replaced my 21 year old furnace with a new Lennox furnace and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the services provided. It’s great to find a contractor that I can trust.

John was amazing! He was very responsive to my service request and showed up on time. I had an issue with a leak in my AC. He assessed the issue quickly and was able to fix it on the spot for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Sarman Air for anyone needing Heating & Cooling Service. Thank you again!

John was able to come by the same day to address the issue and checked everything thoroughly. Our contract HVAC company pressured us to replace our less than 10 year old boiler, which led us to contact John at Sarman Air for a second opinion. John was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. After doing a diagnosis on our boiler, he determined our boiler could be repaired once he secures the replacement venting motor. Our boiler is now working again, and saved us the unnecessary cost of buying a new one. I would highly recommend John!

AC wasn't cooling very well. Called one of the bigger HVAC repair companies that said I needed to replace the AC for $4000. 2nd opinion with Sarman - John came out, looked at it and said there was a leak. Fixed the leak, topped up the R410, cleaned the unit. Works good as new!

Since moving to our next house 6 months ago, we've used the services of Sarman Air multiple times. they've restored our out of commission gas fireplace, and treated our AC and water heater tank.They've been friendly, honest and informative.Additionally, they've pushed back when we asked about services that we might not need, introducing us on how to make small repairs ourselves to save us the cost of a visit.They're honest, and fairly priced. 10/10, we highly recommend their services.

Nov, 2022: Had Enbridge Gas appliance violation & shutoff due to leak in very old gas stove. First time having this so very concerned. Called around and John answered immediately and provided some details/information on the first phone call (others called would only book appt only and charge for visit). Had John come in and check all was safe and he signed off on the violation notice and forwarded the paperwork back to Enbridge. Next purchased new stove from local Box Box store. They would charge for hook up service and parts were extra. John was able to meet the same price, parts included (hose, new valve). Work was completed on time as promised (within hours after stove's delivery). John provided fair pricing, was very accommodating, was very friendly and willing to help. Excellent service. Would 100% recommend John to anyone. Thanks for helping to resolve our situation so quickly.

John from Sarman Air did an amazing job with fixing our old Fireplace and identify the issues is had in a very professional and kind way. He was in touch with us before, during and after the fixing, explaining everything and being upfront about cost and process. Highly recommend him and will definitely going to use his services for our A/C in the near future
