Everything I read in online in reviews s, I witnessed first hand. The first customer had a simple repair done for no charge. The second customer was given advice where to get his shoes fixed, since this place could not do it as quickly as the customer needed. So two customers in front of me who received friendly service and store received no income.Then it was my turn. I told the owner how impressed I was watching him with the other customers and he thought it was no big deal..just right way to do things.As for my needs, I had a pair of old boots that I love and he was able to restore them like brand new for a reasonable price.I highly recommend this place..great work, great service, great demeanor!

I was referred to this shop only to get there and was told shoe could not be fixed. It was looked at, initially said could apply gum then next thing he could not fix. Fast forward to today 28th same show has been fixed.

Not open during mall hours. Apparently he just picks his own hours whenever he wants. Sign even says that he's open but... Nope!

Really great service..I went in to get a zipper in my boot replaced and he tried to fix it on the spot for free. Zipper now works like a dream.

This guy is a magic man. I love this place because he always has a workaround or a solution for something that would have otherwise been thrown out. He works wonders and you can tell he cares about what he does. Today I had came after going to three different stores for a simple zipper slider for my Calvin Klein leather jacket. The slider was broken into 2 separate peices deeming the zipper useless. Not only did find one matching colour that fits and works, he took the stopper off my jacket, installed the slider, installed a new stopper, and also took the leather pull strap off the old slider and pulled it through the new one and sewed it together. Wanna guess my total? 6 bucks people! 6 dollars! Everywhere else wanted $15 to $20 for just the slider without any of the work included, and another Asian tailor on Merivale lied to me and said I needed a new zipper altogether which would have cost me $53. Sir, you are a blessing, I sincerely thank you for your hard work and for staying in this dying art.

Friendly service, got what I needed fixed, but it took longer than expected. Maybe just busy season. I would go again.

This guy can fix it if it's broken!! He cut my keys, put a battery in my car fob and fixed the zipper on my coat.. all really quick service and very affordable and friendly. I highly recommend this business!
