Wes and his staff are fantastic! Ive brought in many machines to get serviced and he knows what im talking about. Hes always willing to order a manual for a machine i got at a garage sale, and he knows his bobbins! Great line of scissors. Great selection of embriodery supplies ive ever seen. I can always count on Wes to keep me in production. Best place in town for specialized service.

Awesome!! I have just brought my serger to maintain the thread tension. He fixed in 5 seconds! Yes, even that was the small thing but how much I spent time and threads for solving that so far!? And they have great notions especially scissors which I haven't find out in other fabric shops or super market. Pricey but worth buying!! Anyway, thanks a lot!!

Stopped by to pick up some safety pins after an outfit mishap. Really helpful staff who provided me with lots of sewing tips and suggestions. Nice to see speciality shops like this are still around!

They go above and beyond. I was in a real jam when my machine broke down and couldn't finish a bunch pf projects I need to get done before going away. Brought my machine in and they made a few phone calls and lent me a machine so I could get everything finished in time. They really saved me and my holidays and anniversary and my volunteer job.

Being a small shop, one would think they will be expensive, but they are not. After an extensive online search, I found my specific brand ergonomic rotary cutter here for 20% less than I could find it anywhere else.
