My go to paint store. Great staff and service.

I went to this store yesterday to get a paint deck for a customer to view colours. The store closes at 4pm so I made sure I was there before close and arrived at 3:55pm. I wasn’t getting paint mixed I was just getting a colour deck. When I arrived at the store and walked in the employee was walking towards the door with her purse on her shoulder leaving(this was at 3:55pm) I told her I didn’t need paint mixed and just needed a paint deck and she refused to sell one to me since she had already closed the store(was obviously closed early considering she had done closing duties already by 3:55) I know it was only 5 minutes before close but doesn’t 4 mean you can purchase until 4? (Maybe not paint that needs to be mixed but other supplies that don’t need any preparation). Very disappointed and I will make the drive to Stratford for my paint services now as the Benjamin Moore in Stratford was a much better experience,
