This is the best business I’ve ever encountered! This lady made my dream come true within two hours. I called her crying 2 hours before my event because the other business I had booked cancelled on me at the last minute. Even though she had another event booked for that day, she was able to provide me a yard sign and beautiful balloon display that met and exceeded our expectations. We’re forever grateful to this great business and kind lady and will surely use again. Thank you!

We used Flower City Balloons for an event in our 12 - story office. Chuck and Barbara were so nice, they came and toured our space and helped us come up with a plan. The balloons truly transformed our space. They came back a few days into the event to refresh the displays a bit to make sure we had a great impression for all of our guests.

Barbara and Chuck were so easy and pleasant to work with! They made ordering the yard sign and balloons for our son’s 18th birthday super easy. They were very helpful and responded to my inquiry quickly. Chuck worked SO hard putting up the yard sign due to the snow that had fallen. He brought a shovel and rake and forged ahead for at least 40 minutes making sure that everything was perfect... and it was! Everyone loved the sign and balloons and our son was happily surprised! Great memories for all! I would not hesitate to recommend Flower City Balloons to help you add a fun, unique and memorable element to your celebration!

Called late evening for a last minute event for a couple that was getting eloped the very next day. Both Chuck and Barbara went above and beyond to help surprise a couple and made their wedding day extra special. I highly recommend these guys!!

Flower City Balloons is the only company we use/trust for all three of our kids birthdays every year. We always do a balloon setup and lawn signs (since Covid) and the kids love them. Very reasonable pricing and great communication! Highly recommend.

When I called to order balloon towers Barbara was speaking with people in the background. Seemed very scattered brain and all over the place. She said that she would send me a quote after hours and call to take payment the next day. I had to call her back and she didn't have any of my information and had to take it all over again. Barley remembered we spoke. She sent an invoice to me and it said I had to make a payment even though I did, had to call back and get an updated one sent. Balloon towers were dropped off and I was not there at time of delivery(not a problem), when I walked in I was disappointed. The foil balloon on time were not the ones I ordered. Didn't even match my color scheme, which she had. And it had 3 rows of balloons on a stand and some streamers hanging down. We discussed the tower with balloons all the way down as pictured on the website. For almost 2 hundred dollars wayyyyyy over priced. I emailed to express how dissatisfied in a very mild and calm manor and no response as of yet.

Flower City Balloons did an outstanding display to enhance my twin grandchildren’s double digits birthday. I am so pleased! The folks at FCB we’re easy to work with, very accommodating to my requests and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them

Barbara and Chuck were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive to my phone calls and happy to answer all my questions. They followed up a few days before our event to let me know the balloon delivery was in their schedule. Chuck even called me to let me know that he was on his way with the delivery and let me know when they were delivered (since I wasn't on site yet). I would HIGHLY recommend Flower City Balloons!

Barbara was a pleasure to work with! She did a balloon arch/swag for my bridal shower and it came out absolutely perfect. We will definitely be using her again in the future!
