Halifax Shambhala Centre
The Halifax Shambhala Center is a great place to meet people and learn about Mindfulness and Awareness meditation. They are very welcoming to anyone regardless of whether you have experience or not. There are many free open drop in sessions and a Wednesday night Open House which is really fun. The Meditation Hall is beautiful and exudes a sense of peacefulness and beauty.
