Good news the line up was quick! They are nice here too, she was very sweet.But I changed my license from BC and the lady did not have any idea how to get me the same class license. She tried to give me class 5 when I have a class 4.It took over 2 hours for her to do anything this is really crazy bad. It should not take 2 hours plus to change a license. They would not give me my driving history if I did not print the drivers abstract. But in BC the driving center ICBC will email it to them easily. From a government e-mail. So why they force you to go to a printing company when this is 2023 I don’t know.

Pire service à vie. Ils envoient toutes les personnes prendre rendez-vous même si sur leur site ils offrent le service sans rendez-vous. Un manque de transparence flagrant de la part de la SAAQ sous prétexte que leur système n'est pas fonctionnel. Les gens attendaient depuis 5:00 du matin pour se faire renvoyer chez soi sans avoir obtenu le service.

Horrible place. Nothing is indicated online. We had a meeting but we learned when we were there that we had to “verify all the information”. No nice people. No indication whatsoever as to how to get in the place.

Système rendez-vous en ligne fonctionne pas ,numéro téléphone me laisse pas à prendre le rendez-vous no plus :(

Meaningless of emergency ticket. Always have problems with their system. Don’t even listen to my words. Not patient at all. But I have to come back:(

Very disappointed, I drove from Montréal downtown all the way and then wait 40 minutes in the line so they can tell me after u have to take an appointment by phone … like why can’t you tell us before we stay on the line for 40 minutes, very rude the security at the door

Inefficiency made in Quebec. Embarrassing how long you have to wait for a simple document, and the price they charge
