Bill is a great guy that provides excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. I have been buying lighting from him for over 7 years and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend supporting his local small landscape lighting business and not the cheap plastic the big box stores offer.

Quality outdoor light fixtures from a quality guy. They have a three year warranty on all their lights and a good selection of lights to chose from. No cheap big box junk. Bill is very knowledgable and gives good service for the fixtures he sells and installation advice for the installers.

I am extremely happy with my outdoor lighting. I ordered from Silhouette lighting because I wanted a durable product that withstands our extreme Canadian weather conditions. I also wanted to support a Canadian business and a Canadian product.I completed the online request for a quote and concept lighting design - this really helped to visualize how certain lighting would look against my home and trees. As well, a list of recommended lighting products was also provided. This entire process was extremely helpful in my decision making. A big plus was the owner, Norm. He was personable, very prompt and fully answered all my questions and more. Norm provided the ultimate customer service, which is hard to come by these days. The lighting turned out exactly as I was hoping for. The entire process was seamless. I would definitely order from Norm again, no question!
