Kathleen did a terrific job refreshing the lower level of my house to accommodate my home based business. For a lower level office, the right lighting - amount and type - is crucial to create a productive workspace. Kathleen created the space and lighting plans for 3 work stations, a conversation area and a meeting table with chairs. She even was able to include a beverage station.She then implemented the whole project seamlessly. The workmanship was superb and everything came in on budget on time.Thank you, Kathleen, it was a true pleasure.

Kathleen Steele DesignI’m on the Board of Directors for my condo. We needed to update the exterior and the hallways of our almost 30 year old building. The work would be completed over the course of about 2 years, but we wanted a plan and a designer who could do that for us. Kathleen was recommended to us by a friend who had built an addition to her house and refinished all the interior.Working with 5 disparate people on a BOD is not easy. Kathleen has put together a a very comprehensive design for us. She listened and understood what we wanted and she gave very professional presentations to the board (on zoom) that included computer generated visuals of the final results. She researched and recommended finishing products. She has provided us with annotated graphics that can be used by our property manager and tradesmen to complete the job. Her prices were reasonable and she has always delivered what she promised, professionally and on time.I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others.
