Didn't listen to the reason I was there. Called me an abuser when I've never even used drugs. And basically told me to f. O. In 10 seconds.

This company moves doesn't notify clients ....Very unorganized I'm glad I have a new LP ...This one is garbage !

Many, many, many issues at this Hamilton location. Tried it twice and was very disappointed both times. (The Office Manager was an absolute sweetheart though!) Switched to Canabo's Oakville clinic as a result, and will be going there from now on. (It's worth the extra drive to be this happy with the quality of care received in Oakville.) On the positive? The Hamilton location was very clean and there was lots of paid parking spaces along King Street in front of the clinic. The clinic ran on time both instances I attended -- never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes for my appointment to begin.

I couldn't believe how badly I was treated .The skinny old woman Dr was yelling and screaming and belittling the nurses while everyone in the waiting room watched. I was in the room waiting for her with one nurse and the so called Dr came in, stood 2 feet in front of me while I was sitting and crossed her arms and started yelling at me. Now I admit I had a bad urine test. She even yelled at me for having marijuana in my system. She didn't even ask what I was there for. DEPRESSION, EPILEPSY, SOCIAL PHOBIA, EXTREME ANXIETY AND PAIN IN MULTIPLE AREAS. I left crying and even the nurses had there heads down and when I was being thrown out the nurse at the desk looked at me and said that I could rebook with another Dr .I have not been to a Dr since. That was in April. I sunk into a pretty bad depression after that. TOTALLY APPALLING AND ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR IT. SHE WAS THE OLDER WOMAN WITH REALLY SHORT HAIR. IF YOU END UP WITH HER I SUGGEST REDUSR TO SEE HER AND REBOOK.
