I was travelling in Vaughan and noticed I needed tires asap!After finding out my Regular Go To guy has decided to retire -I was left helpless and clueless not sure where or who to go to.A friend of mine recemended me to check out Tires Tires and I was impressed!As I entered inside, I was immediately welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. I noticed everything was clean and neat.The woman (I believe she was the owner) who served me was patient, knowledgeable and caring. She made me feel comfortable and I was sold immediately due to their excellent prices!I normally watch all of my Auto services being done for known reasons.She allowed me to watch my service being done via video.They offer a huge waiting room with tons of seating, TV, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.Quality of work, friendly and knowledgeable staff and affordable prices.That is what these guys are about, I would not go anywhere else

This is a long time family owned business that is well known in their community. Great place for used tires. They offer a very wide range of new tires. Great helpful staff. Large clean waiting area with free hot beverages.

Very helpful and friendly. New and used tires for replacement.I have been coming for years and always get great used tires.Always in really good condition and they have 15” for my old Focus 2007.They are fair to everyone and give really good advice about the tires’ condition, bolts etc.Prices reasonable despite inflation.Fish tank to watch, and drink machine(Enough time to eat next door at the Commissario/commissary next door)

Knowledgeable, fast and professional with great pricings! I got a new run flat tire for my CLA 250 Coupe after the tire popped on the highway. Called Tire Tire on the Monday, they told me to come on over they will take care of my car....and they did. Thiks is the only place I will purchase tires. Staff treats you like family not a dollar!

I had my kids with me and they did not make me wait. They took me in right away. Friendly people, amazing. I recommend them.

Great experience, took us 20 minutes to replace tire, efficient service, best solution, cooperative staff and convenient location.

Got some used Michelin tires for a decent price, started having vibration issues when going at high speeds. Diego nd staff went out of their way to try nd find the problem balancing, swapping tires and offering to give other used ones, turns out just needed new hub centric rings for my rims.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I bought $1200 brand “new” tires not even a month ago! When they put them on and my husband brought the car home, they looked like used tires! Dirty,scratched ect! I called and asked if these are even new tires, they said yes! But yet the thread was already starting ware down! Now it’s a month later and one tire is already completely leaking air On the side! So it’s not like I can roll over something on the side of a tire!!! When I called, they said would you like us to order another one? But just keep in mind you do have to pay for it!! No warranty nothing!Total crooks! If your getting used tires from this place then that’s fine! But do not buy “new” tires from these ppl! Because their not new! Their either used, trying to pass off as new or their refurbished!

I needed a new set of rims and tires and Diego gave me the best deal i could ever have with the best customer service, i highly recommend tires tires!!

I used Tires Tires service in the end of July, 2018. I had to replace one of my front tires. I called and required about the same kind, used one because I didn't plan to buy at least 2 new ones. I specifically mentioned that I need the same quality as mine or better. They told me to come as they should have one. I got the tire exchanged the same evening but next day under day lights I noticed that it had pretty deep cracks, which I consider unsafe (pictures attached for you to decide). I called back and they said they don't have any other currently but might have one in a few days. When I called in a few days the lady on the phone said they didn't get any so they can offer either 2 new or different brand. I said I would like to return it since they don't have the one I need. The lady said they don't give any refund and added something like Now I have to go to serve a customer!".... I thought to myself "Who am I then? I guess no longer a customer." So said she can go ahead and proceed with her customer. I had to use another company and pay again to exchange the tire."
