My computer failed during start up. Knowing the skill of James, I went to Alkaloid Networks. After 30 minutes of failed attempts and component substitutions the video card was removed and a successful startup occurred. However, the Windows 10 OS had been corrupted by the video card failure and a complete re-installation of the OS was required. Within a couple of days my data was restored and my MS Office and other programs reinstalled. All is working well. A great job; well worth the price.

I had inadvertently let someone have access to my system remotely. I also knew that my computer had been having problems of late. Dropped off the compute on Monday, picked it up Friday. Problems with the computer had been addressed, access problems allowed by me had been eliminated, and the staff were absolutely amazing. There is NO other place I'd go for computer issues.

My Lenovo laptop was slow & some programs were glitching, but I didn't want to give up on it, so I brought it in to Evan at Alkaloid. The service was excellent. He used computery" terms (lol) but explained things so that I felt confident in the solutions he was recommending

Best place to bring your computer. Thought mine was a goner, but they fixed it up better than new. Reasonable prices and awesome staff! I highly recommend Alkaloid for any computer, IT, help.

They saved my butt last week! James came right over and picked up my system after it crashed and they supplied a loaner for use in the meantime (our store uses a web based point of sale, so a computer is a necessity to stay open), fixed it up for me over the weekend, and hooked everything up again for me. Good communication and fast service :)Thanks again!
