I had a terrible experience here which makes me sad because I was told it's the best however. They do not stick to their sickness policy and you will hear kids coughing and sneezing lots and can hear the mucus. This made me super uncomfortable because every time my child attended she ended up sick meaning I was paying for a spot my daughter didn't even get to utilize because this center does not stand by their sickness policy. I wrote an email to them expressing my concerns and how I was considering pulling my daughter from the center. A worker then assumed that meant I was pulling her and removed my daughter's name from her spot like it was nothing. I then told her I'll give it a try, and my daughters spot was not put back, she was replaced by another child so when arriving my daughter had no where to put her things. Then before entering the room 2 kids were coughing and sneezing a bunch. I then went and told them my daughter is leaving I am not comfortable with her being her just to get sick again with sick kids in the class. I then get from the office lady nothing but ignorance and a bad attitude she hits me with I had covid 5 weeks ago and I'm not going to just stay home
