First timer, and it was amazing.The shisha was good and the music was nice.Something happened when they brought my shisha, and it almost made me leave instantly, but I do think that error is human and excusable as they served me in compensation for my coffee bill for free. So I would consider the staff as very professional and kind.People were nice, and I had a bit of a conversation with the other clients.The music was great, as well as the ambiance.Will come back for sure.

Cute little small European style hookah bar. Absolutely loved the ambiance, the hookah, turnaround time on natural coals, and the staff. Their baklava and ice cream was to die for! They serve alcohol which makes the place even better. Absolutely fell in love with this cute hookah/shisha bar that’s open till 3am! Would definitely recommend! Prices are a little high comparatively.

Great place and atmosphere, go there often to either smoke a shisha or enjoy a cigar. The turkish coffee is really fantastic (so is the apple tea). They also have live music and such on friday and saturday nights. Would definitely recommend.

Day or night, this place has an air of allure and escape.Lots of different comfy spaces to settle into.The live music heightens the atmosphere and made the night feel special. (jazz manouche feat. a bewitching violinist and keyboardist)People smoking their cigars against the backdrop of the café's intimately lit, middle eastern decor transports you to a different universe.

I had a terrible experience at this cafe and I strongly advise you to avoid it at all costs. The waiters were extremely irresponsible and exhibited unacceptable behavior. During my recent visit with friends, we had the unfortunate experience of having one of our group members order a glass of beer, only to be presented with a pitcher instead. Despite requesting a glass, the owner insisted that he had punched a glass for us and told us to enjoy it. a few minutes after he proceeded to take the pitcher away. This was incredibly frustrating as we were already in the process of pouring the beer into glasses.To make matters worse, the owner showed no remorse or offered any apology for his mistake. In fact, he simply took the pitcher away without any explanation and gave us the glass that we had originally ordered. This type of behavior is simply unacceptable and I've never experienced anything like this in Montreal before SUCH AS TAKING A DRINK/FOOD FROM MY TABLE.It's disheartening to see that the cafe claims to prioritize customer satisfaction as you see in the answers to the negative reviews, yet the owner's behavior proves otherwise. If this is the kind of service that is being offered at this establishment, then it's best to avoid it altogether. I would strongly recommend that you seek out other cafes in the area that value their customers and are committed to providing exceptional service. Based on my experience, I would give this cafe a rating of one star and advise others to steer clear of it.

Avoid!! The owner is a rip-off merchant! $37.70 (for a less than full pint) of Montreal Pilsner (1x) and a Vodka & Orange (1x)?I gave a tip for the barman as he seemed decent, although pitifully willing to charge his boss's inflated prices to good people. If you go, pay upfront, don't wait for your inflated bill at the end.

Big hookah cafe! 4 level and the style is amazing. The cafes and cocktail were great. The service by Byron was convivial. The hookah was well made and had a good soft taste which was what we wanted. I recommend this shisha salon!
