I have had a number of pairs of shoes re-soled, repaired, and had protective soles put on many of my Louboutins. The team here does an incredible job. I am always very pleased with my shoe and boot repairs. They are seamless and nearly undetectable.

These guys are amazing. I went to pick up on scheduled day and even though they were not ready (due to sick calls from employees and a baby birth) they told me it would be ready shortly. I continued to tell them it’s ok and I would come back the next day. They called that evening after hours offering to drop off the boots at my home.This is the high standard all customer service should be compared to. I will continue to go back and will recommend this company to everyone.

Small business staffed by true craftsmen who care about their work. Have had my shoes re-soled and repaired here for years - always very satisfied. They also repair purses and various other leather goods. (Recently had them re-sew a small leather case for an old measuring tool - very happy with the result.)Excellent work at a very fair price.

Boris has done great work for me over the last several years. Replacing zippers, soles and heals on my Dressage boots. They always look brand new! Boris always uses the best quality materials to ensure a long lasting product. These particular boots needed substantial work in order to create a Cinderella fit! Including stretching, replacing zippers and fixing a few other things! Boris is the only person I would trust to do work on my riding boots!
