WooHoo Rugaroo! Due to some water damage we had to get carpeting replaced. Even with the pandemic it was a smooth and seamless experience without any issues at all. Communication was amazing and work done exactly as promised and on time! Thanks so much to Patti, Tyson and the entire staff at Rugaroo! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Good service and selection

After a very disappointing experience with a North Bay retailer we headed to Rug-A-Roo in Callander. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff as they offered assistance. Told Tracey what we were looking for and was shown exactly what we needed. Since we couldn't decide on colour, we were offered samples to take home. The next day I called the store and told them what we had decided. The carpet was cut, rolled and ready to go within the hour. Overall a great experience. Should we need any flooring in the future Rug-A-Roo will be our first call. Why go anywhere else when the service, quality and price are second to none! Thank you Tracey!
