The staff are great and they do the best they can with what they are given but the manager is garbage, they make decisions based on no information and are not customer service oriented. The manager is fortunate to have such great staff otherwise this location would shut down.

Today came to store and was trying to get spay for shoes, girl with brown hair was so rude to me no reason, was telling me that they never sold the brand I was looking for, even though i got 1 year ago here. She was extremely rude, I also wanted to buy some shoes but after her behavior I just left. Don't want to spend money at the place where cashier treats you like garbage.

Although I gave it a three-star review because some of the shoes in there are of good quality we did encounter the manager yelling and threatening a customer who wanted a refund and it was making the rest of the customers uncomfortable the customer ended up leaving with no resolution

I had a great experience there! The sales associates were able to help me find the shoes I needed and when they didn't have the size of the shoe I wanted, they were able to order them from the website to be delivered to my house in a few days! They even helped me finding matching converse for me and my daughter. Great place, will always come here for my shoes!

We drove from Huntsville which is an hour and a half away specifically for shoes and was told when we tried to walk in the store at 4:30 on a Sunday that they were closing early and we were not able to shop in their store. I looked around and saw a few other customers and I asked why they were allowed to shop but we were not as there was still 30 minutes let until the mall closed and the store was suppose to stay open until 5. She replied they had a surge of shoppers come in and they don’t want to stay late so they closed early to clean up. I’m sorry but if your store hours are until 5 you should not be closing 30 minutes early to “clean”. We walked over to champs and supported their business which stayed open Rubio closing and even a few minutes after to help the customers that were still looking. Champs had awesome customer service which was not what I received at your store. I will not be back to your store.

Just went to buy slids i picked 3 different slides and all of them were the last pair also when I was their one more customer asked for a different size for their shoe and staff told that these are last pair. Staff behavior was okay but could be improved. Overall not a wonderful experience.

Went in looking for a particular winter boot for my daughter. They had what I needed, so I purchased them. Sales staff was quite helpful.

This store had tons of stock covering all the mirror's so you couldn't see what you were trying on. The 3 employee's that were working were all standing behind the desk talking. There were boxes of tried on shoes all over the benches and the floors. The cash had a ton of random shoes on it. If I needed help I would have to walk to the cash to ask every time I needed something. Horrible service and when I need shoes I will not be going there as a first choice!

Huge selection of shoes. My daughter wanted blundstones and the selection was more than I could even imagine. The store was understaffed but the staff were doing the best they could. The girl helping us was friendly and helpful.

It's been awhile since I bought boots but man service sure has changed. Went into buy hunter boots. Girl from behind the counter do you need something. Yes size 7 in this style please and I get bring the boot here. She brought out the box put it down on the bench flipped open the box and walked away. Then I tried on asked for help to pull the boot off and she came out from behind the counter and responded if I can. They lost the sale from the beginning but thought it might turn around but nope walked out, I'm not willing to spend my money in that store.
