I have shopped here a few times and always have a pleasant experience. Yesterday I was looking for something in particular and an employee helped me, for me new sizes, even suggested things for me, she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and i enjoyed my experience! I will always shop at this location

The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I go in with questions, they always have an answer and will do their best to help find products. When I had to do an exchange, the process was quick and easy. This location's got a great team!

Went to the la vie en rose Cambridge location with my mother, we were never greeted by anyone. We did our shopping no one asked us if we needed any help or asked if we needed a change room. Once we were ready for check out the line was to the door with one cashier ringing out customers. The other 3 employees just looked at the line and continued on with their conversation in front of customers. When I was finally being checked out the cashier told me to grab my free item, it took me all of two seconds to grab i came back and she just started to ring another customer through. They are not friendly what so ever. i would rather go to another location rather than there.

Called 10 times to place an order for pick up -no answer decided to show up and of course someone was in the front of the store ignoring all the calls. Gave me attitude when she saw me saying apparently they were only doing pick up orders when they can and were only doing online orders through their website today. But of course I wouldn’t know this because no one told me that because they wouldn’t pick up the phone and in fact I was informed before showing up and calling that this location was doing pick up orders from the Hespeler rd location. She did end up taking my order at the end and I had my order in less than 2 minutes after showing up so that’s why I’m doing two stars and not one.

I don’t know where to begin. The staff seemed more interested in their personal conversations that weren’t very work appropriate topics rather than assisting customers. The girl with the tattoos was the only one on the floor willing to help and engage in conversation and was very helpful. . I’m more appalled with lack of engaging with customers and lack of help from multiple employees. I left empty handed and don’t think I will be returning anytime soon due to employees not knowing how to do their job let alone running their debit and credit card systems properly.

My daughter and I visited the Cambridge outlet store at 6pm the evening ofJune 11, 2020. We waited in line for 20 minutes and when it was our turn to go into the store the young woman at the door (a blonde) told us the change rooms were closed. I let her know that was very frustrating to hear after 20 minutes in line. She then said it was government rules. I told her I completely understood that but that she should let the management know they should have a couple of signs in the windows so people aren't waiting in line a long time if they know they need a fitting room. I then asked another young lady what the return policy was since there was no change rooms available. She let me know all sale items are final sale. Under normal circumstances I would completely understand that policy but without change rooms even a 7 day return policy would seem acceptable. We decided to leave the store fairly quickly as my daughter didn't know her size and would have needed to try items on. Upon leaving I let the other customers in line know the change rooms were closed. I couldn't believe my ears when the rude young lady (blonde that let us in) yelled at me, we can tell our own customers that". I had to walk away at that point. I was not being rude at all! I was simply letting the customers know so they didn't wait 20 minutes like we did if they required a change room. Besides

The customer service here is impeccable. They are all very friendly personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices here are reasonable and the quality holds up well with proper care. The makes and models fit nicely even for a bigger busted woman (D/DD for me) They often have sales and promotions that make some of their more expensive items affordable for most budgets.
