If I could give ZERO star I would. Horrible service from sulky female staff at 4.20pm Oct 14, 2019 - waited to make our single coffee order and it took almost 5 minutes while she continued preparing drinks for a drivethru order. By the time she made it to the counter, she didn’t bother smiling or even to offer a greeting. She just looked at the screen and made a face and practically tossed our coffee onto the counter. She should be thankful that she has a job, for God’s sake.

Horrible. I've never had to wait so long at a drive thru. After a good 40min wait, we finally decided to leave because we were going to miss the ferry. The employee said they were only 3 in the kitchen, which is why we had to wait so long. Go to another Tim's.

Slow service even though it wasn't busy, and then they got our order wrong. The person in front of us seemed to be having problems with her order as well.

Very slow, closes at 8PM and won't serve food past 7PM. Takes at least 15 minutes inside even when there are almost no customers, and takes 25 minutes in the drive-thru mid-afternoon. In dire need of more employees...maybe paying a livable wage would help with that?

Terrible service; gummy grilled cheese sandwiches because not cooked enough; paid for bacon on one, no bacon; potato wedges cold and dried up to the point of being inedible. Drive further into town to the other Timmy's. Your chances of it being better are extremely good.

Very slow service, at 8 am on a Friday morning. 15 minute wait for a muffin and a coffee with only 2 people ahead of me.
