I am very disappointed with the service I received Feb 2nd around 5:00/6:00pm . I arrived at the gym with my family and my sister and I came in but for some reason my brothers card got stuck , so I went to the front desk staff ( Caucasian guy) and he spoke to my brother from the door which was very odd to me because usually if there is a problem they let you in and check it out . I had to say hey he is with us can u please let him in and check , he proceeded to tell me oh he needs to pay his membership, so I was like okay let him in so we can settle it . He was being very difficult and was asking for his ID which we didn’t have coming into the gym no one brings their personals , he basically refused us to update the membership. How could you refuse someone to pay for their fees that is soooo unprofessional. We left and went to morningside right away and got the problem handled totally different experience there . Honestly I will never come back to this location I believe management needs to do something about this guy.

What a third class gym. This place doesn't have a water refill station. I mean, how we can hydrate ourselves once we finish our water bottle?? We can't buy water bottles all the time. At least you should know that water is indispensable in the gym. I wish I could know that before joining this worst gym. I suggest future members... please don't consider this gym for your workout. It's a total waste of money and time.

Access to fitness equipment for people like me but on a budget!Staff are helpful. Facility is clean and equipment is in general good working condition.

Being a cheaper gym than some of the others, you're going to get every idiot under the sun who has no concept of gym ettiquite, acceptable manner of handling the equipment, and fresh newbs crowding who will end up giving up a month later after getting bored or realizing how much work it actually takes to look good. That being said, the staff keeps the place clean, and there's enough equipment to properly body build; though you'll end up often waiting to use what you need. It's a good place for those who make it close to home, know what they are doing, and don't require a luxury gym experience.

Everytime it rains the ceiling starts dripping. Thr management keeps adding more buckets to the floor and closing equipment instead of actually repairing the issue. This has been going on for several months.

Gym is clean and worth the money, but charging for an extra month after cancelation is a rip off..considering that a one-time non refundable enrolment fee is paid when signing up. I am told it's a goodlife fitness policy, and since I signed up for it, it was my mistake..quite the good life for sure..

I think this location needs to really hire better employees especially at this location. One caucasian male in particular, thinks this is freaking airport security, its a gym. I went in for a workout then forgot something in the car and had to come back in again and he was like let me see your ID and proceeds to tell me i can't work out. And reading the below comments from this location this seems to be the case with the same guy. Really seems like he needs to learn better customer service skills.

Pretty good, sometimes shortage of equipments. Make sure to avoid 6pm-8pm. Too busy. Other than that pretty good for price. Also after the pandemic really improved their service. Lots of disinfectants and staff looking after things. Also the parking lot is huge. I've never had problems parking my car here. During the pandemic they have reduced the number of lockers which is good.
