I just bought a Tesla Model X from Alex at Manhattan Motorcars and the entire experience was amazing. I’m from Kitchener so all communication was done over the phone and Alex was amazing at answering any questions I had about the car and anything else I could need. There wasn’t a lot of pressure to buy the car which was great because it was my first experience with a dealership. The car was good to go. No deposit was required on my end either. The people at this dealership care about the cars they receive and resell and the work thats done. Plus, they offer a great warranty for most vehicles! He always replied quickly and made it a care free experience. Car I got approved for had a minor issue and he gave me a loaner car to avoid any inconveniences. Top notch salesman. Daren was also a great guy to deal with. Went out of his way to accommodate me when fixing vehicle. The staff here really seems like they put the customers needs at the top of the list.
