Techs on the Beach
They didn't show up for appointment despite a confirmation email having been received for the online booking as well as a reminder email received 1/2 hour before appointment. Nor did they return either of my phone messages - one from the morning, one after they failed to show. Cannot recommend them and I will not try using them again. Very unprofessional way to run a business - if your website says you are available 7 days a week, allows for same day online bookings, and sends out automated responses, you need to honour that system or change it!

I live on the Island and these guys are perfect. You can book online and they come right to your home. don't need to bring your pc to a shop. great service. thanks guys.I also used there other branch 'expert solutions' in Calgary. Amazing as well!
