I ordered a strawberry cake for my mom for mother's day. I am in Greece, I wanted it delivered to Niagara falls. I ordered the cake from a very friendly and helpful girl. The cake arrived on time and my mom absolutely loved it! It was very fresh and delicious!! I will order again today for my dad for Father's day! I'm very happy that it's just a phone call away.Thank you so much!!!

Our family doesn’t go anywhere but Criveller for our special events. Birthday cakes, my wedding cake, desserts, and pastries have all been fantastic. Everything is always so fresh! Our Wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. We have always ordered specialty cakes and desserts from here and they never disappoint. Thank-you very much to Jackie for taking the time to explain and allow us to taste everything before we made decisions, it was so very nice speaking with you. I will continue to reccommend this bakery to everyone, including brides!

Great place! We tried the most popular hazelnut semifreddo and it was amazing. I also tried a couple of the other smaller treats which were awesome as well. Staff were very helpful Will be coming back when I am in the area again. Cheers!

Looks like they deleted my original review as they only are interested in 5 star ratings. What a shame as this place used to be so great and their desserts are fantastic, but their customer service has gone way downhill.I was in there about a week ago trying to buy some cookies, and heard someone on the phone in the back - no worries. I waited over 15 mins and could clearly hear this was a personal call. After jingling keys and making noise and calling out, no one came to the front. Waited over 25 minutes and ended up leaving.

We have been ordering cakes and pastries from here for more than 10 years. The service is always awesome. Their cakes not only look delicious they actually are to die for delicious. Light and flavourful. Absolutely amazing. We recently ordered a communion cake on short notice and they had no problem accommodating. It looked perfect and tasted delicious.

Fantastic bakery! Have been a customer for the past 3 years now and have ordered 3 custom cakes and they were all delicious and reasonably priced (Loved the shaved white chocolate design).Also purchased their chocolates, and pastries- so good! They also have dairy free cakes and cookies :)Great service every time, highly recommend.

Such a great service! Their cakes and desserts are amazing. They did my wedding cake and it was their specialty white chocolate cake. It was not only so beautiful but also so delicious. I'm italian and the cake brought back a lot of memories for me. They are so accommodating and professional. Highly recommend!
