TMVC Kelowna

Had to get 1 shot and malaria pills for going to Asia, they wanted me to jump through so many hoops it wasn't even worth it. They also wanted me to pay for a consultation which I didn't need because I already talked to my doctor. Didn't even bother going here. Would have been easier to make the medicine myself.

The place in Kelowna for airline required COVID testing for international travel. They also provide all manner of optional vaccinations.

I don’t think it’s fair to be left on hold for more than 15:00 minutes. Answer the phone!

I have never had to plan a trip and going out of the country is very intimidating for me. The Travel Clinic was incredibly helpful and friendly to me, from the conversation on the phone in planning the best time to go to the meeting. Then meeting the receptionist, nurse and doctor. The doctor was so informative, professional, kind. The nurse was equally professional and fast. I have never been afraid of needles but getting 5 within 10 minutes was a little frightening. She let me play music to help distract me and was very good. It barely hurt. She encouraged me to stay and afterwards made sure I was okay to drive. This clinic in Capri Mall is great. They make sure you are safe before you take off on a trip! It's awesome!

TERRIBLE PRACTICE!The nurse did not use gloves or hand sanitize when giving me my shot!!! She needs a PPE and sanitation lesson!

This was the best clinic experience I have ever had! From the staff at the front desk to the nurses providing consultation and immunizations, they were all incredibly friendly, funny, welcoming, and beyond helpful. Admittedly, I was not very organized at all with my vac records, and am quite fearful of needles. The team worked together to have my vac records faxed from a private clinic in Vancouver and provided me with a new, clean, organized, travel record booklet that the nurse filled out for me at the end. They spent all the time needed to help me understand, and I didn't feel rushed.Thank you to everyone at this clinic, I'll be sure to recommend your team!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I have been multiple times and every time is so positive. This last time in particular they went out of their way to assist me and I am just very impressed. Very knowledgeable staff. Emily and Karen are really caring and go out of their way to help you and make things move smoothly. Absolutely recommend :)

Had to get a PCR test for traveling the process was easy and booking was done online. When I arrived I was greeted by Carolina she was very friendly and detailed. The nurse/Staff who did my PCR was great as well very professional and quick. Definitely would recommend anyone who needs PCR for traveling to have it done here.

Carol of Capri was amazing when my wife wanted to travel to France for the funeral of both of her parents. Time was of the essence. Carol got the best deal for my wife out of Vancouver flying Air France direct. When Air France cancelled the flight the next day, Carol, working on a Sunday for us, got my wife a Vancouver-Montreal Air Canada flight to connect with Air France there. Bear in mind, my wife was scheduled to leave that Sunday afternoon!Carol went above and beyond the call of duty to get a flight for us that was within our means at one of the most difficult times in history to travel.

Nurse was fabulous and the pre assessment person was excellent too. They’re definitely trying to make up for the free PPE supplied during COVID by mandating that masks still be worn but blatantly over charging their customers $1 per disposable mask. The fees for the actual vaccines are exhorbitant too but the service is good. Sadly the high fees and then the mask charge on top of it overshadowed the service memory.
