Rexall

I bought a soap for intimate use and it has expired for more than 6 months , unfortunately I only realized the expiration date after use , when I went back to the pharmacy to request an exchange I first heard that I could not exchange it , then I had to explain that it was of an expired product and it wasn't my fault. According to the attendant, he made me wait for almost 40 minutes for the store manager, then they explained to me that I couldn't change it because I didn't have the purchase card. I think they could have just changed the product without much protocol. When I returned the following week already in possession of my husband's card that had made the purchase, I noticed that on the shelf there were several other products and I removed them from there myself and handed them to the attendant to avoid future problems.

I've been going here since they opened. It's new, bright, clean, has a post office, a doctor's office (Oasis), AND a pharmacy.The receptionist at the doctor's office is the friendliest person ever (Nicole). The post office is great, they're also very nice. Never had an issue with my packages.The only minor change I'd make is self-checkout which would be a nice addition.

The owner of these Cochrane Rexall has inconvenienced 1000's of patients by forcing our wonderful family doctor out of her spot for dubious reasons. I wouldn't recommend giving them your business at this point. I will definitely go elsewhere unless they resolve this issue.

Terrible customer service at the post office. We went there to check if a parcel we expect is at that location. An older lady at the desk made up an excuse that it is probably not there yet. As we asked her again if she could please check she told us in a very rude tone that she wouldn't have the time to check. She literally made us feel that we are not important enough to be helped and that we are just wasting her time, very unprofessional.

The pharmacist at Rexall (Sheung Chun Leung) really helped me out when we needed my son's alvesco inhaler in a pinch (I was unable to get my Rx transferred from the Rexall at ACH bc they are closed holidays and weekends). He was very nice on the phone and was able to issue an emergency refill. So appreciative of his help, as I'd been stressed from calling around all morning to get his medication. The pharmacist at Shoppers drugmart was very unhelpful and was uncomfortable prescribing Alvesco and wanted my son and I to sit for hours at Urgent Care just to get a Rx. He wouldn't listen when I said that we are regularly followed by the asthma clinic and don't need to be reassessed by a physician. What a waste of time and AHS resources that would have been. Parking is always easy to find, store is well maintained, pharmacists helpful and professional.

The Indian part time guy in this post office grabbed my mail directly and didn't add post delivery box....cause the receiver never got the mail....don't trust them and every single time ask receipt...

This is by fair the WORST store ever. The pharmacy leaves you standing/waiting forever without service. The post office is absolutely useless, there's always a line up and no one knows how to do their jobs. After my experience today I will no longer be going to this store ever again.

New bright and shiny Rexall location in Cochrane. Much more spacious and open than the old" location. Aisles are wider
