I left a voicemail for Richard Campbell and he called me back within 2 hours and he was so kind and reassuring to talk to. I was under a lot of stress and he calmed me and explained very gently what all I need to do. Richard was not only knowledgeable but also dealt with me in a gentle respectable manner. He also followed up our conversation with a summarized email of our conversation and what his recommendation/ suggestion to me on how to proceed was. I would recommend him to anyone.

My insurance company canceled my insurance without me knowing, I did find that out when my wife’s had accident, I called Mr.Richard Campbell , he took the case one month and half later the insurance company reinstated the policy and let me file the Claim.Mr Richard is very professional and take his case as priority, Ian great full to his help .Issam
