I had a great time today at toy sense with my daughter. They did a great job by hosting the easter bunny for the kids. We felt welcome and appreciated. Store had a great selection of toys for kids of all ages. My go to place for toys and games in Thunder Bay. Glad to support local.

I love everything about this place. At least once a month I go in and find something I have missed before. The age ranges for puzzles, toys and games is fantastic. I can find something for my kids, myself and my elderly father all in one spot. The staff are amazing to deal with and are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, clean store, and an amazing selection of toys. Prices seemed a bit high on some items, but were reasonable on others. They have a rewards program, so if you'll be buying lots of toys or puzzles it might be worth setting up an account. My kiddo thoroughly enjoyed the display toys.

Super outrageously high prices, $24.99+tax for a little stuffed duck the size of my hand? Are you guys high? And wow, staff are snooty as hell. Must be the only place to get toys with your extreme prices. Buy off Amazon and you’ll pay less including shipping for more stuff. A rubber duck was $6.99, like, please shop anywhere else.

I recently purchased my son's Christmas present at this shop. I am in toronto and we literally just arrived to Canada. I was delighted to see they have so much online even some sets that were not available elsewhere. I found them when I was desperate I would not find what I am looking for. The customer service was so very friendly they responded within minutes to my email enquiries . The purchase online was very easy and secure. I got my parcel within 2 days communication was great. Will definitely make all my toys purchase there from now on. They have a large catalogue and would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a board game from them that I had previously purchased from a walmart seller who had sent me a counterfeit copy. I was hesitant to purchase it again from an online store but decided to give Toy Sense a chance. I’m glad I did, the game is the 25th Anniversary Catan that is almost impossible to find. When I got it (quickly might I add) it was everything I was hoping for and I could tell it was the real thing. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking to get quality products quickly. I can’t wait to show off my new game to friends and I know it will bring as much fun as the Catan game I am replacing. Thank you Toy Sense!
