I had an appointment for Monday morning 8am (set up the Friday morning previous via their booking online). I got an auto-generated reminder email on the Sunday evening. I went Monday morning and the doors were locked. I waited 15 minutes and called twice, but there was no answer.

Great service, and price for my remote start on my CR-V, quoted 2h30 hours to install and only took 1h30 would go back in the future!
