The various types of chicken, pork and beef are really good, however the noodles are favorless, and not seasoned. They end up tasting stale and get cold very quickly. As a result the meal tastes incomplete and bland

I generally eat out of the one at St Laurent and it’s usually nice, But they don’t deliver to my location and I bought this today from Rideau. After hours of craving and a delivery that came one hour after the scheduled time, I got a mess in a plate, they probably ran out of the chicken I ordered so there was little bits of it and then went on to attempt to make up the portion with something else that I absolutely hated, they put the wrong type of noodles……it ended up in the trash. I’m hungry and disappointed.

Nothing is fresh. ever.. tried ordering in the evening, foods disgusting. Order at noon, foods disgusting. Compared to Shanghai 360 in the Toronto area this is literal dirt. I have tried to give the food a chance because it's my favorite chain in the toronto area but every location in ottawa serves old dried up garbage. Food is literally hours old or from the night before because chicken is not supposed to be dry and crunchy.

Shanghai 360Decided to try chow mein with honey garlic chicken and general tao chicken (spicy) today - the general tao chicken was not spicy at all! I ended up adding sriracha sauce, and the chicken was rubbery - not sure what cuts of chicken were used but it was more batter than chicken. I ended up throwing out the chicken (see pic) - it wasn’t edible. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Staff can be very robotic & focus on Uber orders over in-person customers. I grab dim sum from here due to craving/convienieceThe shumai & pork buns are decent.2.7/5

Bad food. Over over cooked rice no seasoning, yellow store bought curry over boiled pot and carrots that taste like warm mushy water. Shrimp cooked properly. Terrible zero flavor 20 bucks!

Absolutely disgusting!Food was cold. The noodles were so dark but had no flavor. Chicken over cooked to the point it seemed like stones with with a drop of sauce.And the pepper beef had a gross amount of slime.. I guess they did t rise all the baking soda off..Avoid this place at all costs of you value your teeth and palette and your stomach

Shanghai 360 brings great shame to the Chinese community. They served me and my great friend food that was so unfresh we estimate it to be straight from the Qing Dynasty. I ordered noodles with Honey Garlic chicken, which was dry & very lacking in chicken, it might as well have been an egg. As well as the coconut shrimp, which tasted of no coconut - only shrimp. General Tao is rolling in his grave at the sight of this. It was a struggle to finish the food, especially for my friend who ordered the rice that was stale, rotten to the core and bland. He couldn’t even save it’s pathetic life when he got home and added some soy sauce to it and tried to reheat it. And don’t get me started on the customer service when I asked about the options and was told unpleasantly to just choose. I will not be returning and will invest my precious dollars into another Chinese establishment.

We order through Uber eat we order 3 dishes 2of them come to us is a bad broccoliis very bitter taste cuz the broccoli is not good it has something black on the brackets look like it's not fresh and the third plate is missing the beef. We order rice with beef but we missing the beef so it's not good at all and I have the pictures
